1.2 Service Definition

Image Calculator (hereinafter "Service") is a visual POS (Point of Sale) application for mobile vendors, providing a mobile application service that allows users to easily and quickly manage sales through product images.

1.3 Service Features

• Offline-First: All core functions are available without internet connection
• Visual-Centric: Products identified by photos for intuitive operation
• Simplicity: Sales management with just touches, no complex settings required
• Multi-Language Support: Supports 11 languages (Korean, English, Japanese, Arabic, Spanish, Hindi, Indonesian, Portuguese, Thai, Filipino, Vietnamese)

1.4 Terms Effectiveness and Consent

• These terms are considered as consent to both the terms of service and privacy policy by using the app
• When terms are changed, notification will be provided through app updates, and continued use is considered as consent to the modified terms

2. User Obligations

2.1 Account Management

• Users are responsible for the security of their device and app data
• When using Google Drive backup feature, users are responsible for managing their Google account

2.2 Lawful Use

• The service must be used only for lawful commercial purposes
• Cannot be used for illegal or inappropriate purposes
• Cannot register content that infringes on others' intellectual property rights

2.3 Data Management

• User Responsibility: All data is stored locally on the user's device, and the responsibility for data backup and preservation lies entirely with the user
• Backup Recommendation: We strongly recommend regular backup of important data through Settings > Data Management feature
• Data Loss: While the developer provides backup tools, we are not responsible for loss of data that users have not backed up
• Accuracy Responsibility: Users are responsible for the accuracy of entered data (product information, sales records, etc.)

2.4 Minor Users

• Users under 14 years of age must obtain consent from their legal guardian before using the service
• When minors use this service for commercial activities, they must comply with relevant laws and regulations

3. Service Provision and Use

3.1 Service Use

• The service is provided free of charge and operated through advertising
• While no ads are displayed on the main sales screen, ads may be shown on additional screens such as settings
• Users can discontinue service use at any time by deleting the app

3.2 Service Limitations

• The service is designed for individuals and small-scale vendors and may not be suitable for large enterprises
• Features requiring network connection (Google Drive backup, ad display) may be limited depending on internet environment

3.3 Technical Support

• Technical issues with the app can be reported through the in-app 'Settings > Contact Us' feature
• We will provide best-effort support for compatibility issues due to OS updates or device changes, but cannot guarantee perfect compatibility in all situations

4. Intellectual Property

4.1 Service Intellectual Property

• All intellectual property rights including source code, design, and trademarks of the Image Calculator app belong to the developer
• Users may use the app only for service use purposes and cannot reverse engineer, copy, or distribute it

4.2 User Content

• Users own the rights to product photos, data, etc. entered into the app
• User content is stored only on the user's device and is not accessed or used by the developer

4.3 Open Source Libraries

• This app uses various open source libraries and complies with the license of each library
• Major libraries used: Flutter, Riverpod, Drift, Firebase, ForUI, etc.

5. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

5.1 Service Provision Responsibility

• The service is provided "as is" and the developer does not guarantee completeness, accuracy, or stability of the service
• The developer is not responsible for data loss due to app errors, device problems, user mistakes, etc.

5.2 Damage Compensation Limitation

• The developer's liability for direct or indirect damages caused by service use is limited within the scope permitted by relevant laws
• The developer is not responsible for users' business losses, data loss, opportunity loss, etc.

5.3 Third-Party Services

• Issues arising from the use of third-party services such as Google Drive, Firebase, AdMob are subject to the terms of the respective service providers
• The developer is not responsible for impacts due to policy changes or service interruptions of third-party services

6. Advertising and Monetization

6.1 Ad Display

• The service displays ads through Google AdMob to cover operating costs
• Ads are displayed in areas excluding the main sales screen
• Users can control ad personalization through device settings

6.2 Rewarded Ads

• Some features can be accessed by watching rewarded ads
• Watching rewarded ads is optional for users and not mandatory

7. Terms Changes and Service Termination

7.1 Terms Changes

• These terms may be changed due to changes in relevant laws or service improvements
• When terms are changed, notification will be provided through app updates, and important changes will be separately announced
• If you do not agree to the modified terms, you must discontinue service use

7.2 Service Termination

• The developer may terminate the service for unavoidable reasons, in which case at least 30 days' notice will be provided
• When service is terminated, user data remains locally but backup and synchronization features become unavailable
• Before service termination, users can export all data as backup files through Settings > Data Management feature

7.3 Data Portability

• Users can export all data as backup files (ZIP format) through Settings > Data Management menu at any time
• Backup files can be restored through the same app on other devices

8. Miscellaneous

8.1 Governing Law and Jurisdiction

• These terms are interpreted according to the laws of the Republic of Korea, and disputes related to service use are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Busan District Court

8.2 Terms Validity

• Even if some provisions of these terms are deemed invalid, the validity of other provisions is not affected
