📌 How to Delete Your Account Directly

1. Launch the eeediary app

• Open the eeediary app on your smartphone

2. Access Settings

• Tap the user icon in the top right corner of the app

3. Tap Delete Account

• Tap the "Delete Account" button at the bottom of the My Info screen

📌 How to Request Account Deletion

If you prefer not to delete your account directly, you can request account deletion as follows:

Please send an email using the format below:

- Email address: contact@besl.me
- Subject: [eeediary] Account Deletion Request
- Content:
  - Email address used to log into eeediary app
  - Reason for deletion (optional)

Account deletion requests will be processed within 24 hours of receipt.

🗑️ Data That Will Be Deleted

The following data will be permanently deleted when your account is deleted:

Personal Profile Information

• Nickname, profile photo
• Email address, social login connection information

📁 Data That Will Be Retained

Some data will be retained for limited periods due to legal obligations and service stability:

Important Notice:

• Shared content within groups will remain visible to other group members after account deletion
• Only author information will be anonymized as "Deleted Member"; the content itself will be preserved
• Group administrators or members with content editing permissions can delete the content
• Other data will be automatically deleted completely after the retention period expires
