1. Purpose of Personal Information Collection and Use

EscapeCall (the "App") processes minimal personal information for the following purposes:

• Improving app stability and error analysis
• Collecting anonymized usage statistics for app improvement
• Providing advertising services (free version)
• Providing Wear OS integration functionality
• Providing multi-language support services (5 languages)

2. Personal Information Items Collected

2.1 App Permission Requests

The app requests the following permissions, and all permissions are requested only when using the corresponding features:

• Camera: Taking caller profile photos
• Gallery/Storage: Selecting caller profile photos
• Audio: Playing ringtones during fake calls
• Vibration: Vibration functionality during fake calls
• Network Access: Wear OS integration, ad display

2.2 Automatically Collected Information

• Firebase Analytics: Anonymized app usage statistics, device information, app version
• Firebase Crashlytics: App crash reports, device model, operating system version
• Google AdMob: Advertising identifier for ad display (free version)

2.3 Optionally Collected Information

• When using inquiry function: Email address (using device's default mail app)
• When requesting app review: Anonymized app usage patterns (Google Play Store)
• When connecting Wear OS: Watch-smartphone connection information

2.4 Locally Stored Data

The following data is stored only on the user's device and is not transmitted externally:

• Caller Profiles: Name, phone number, profile photo
• App Settings: Call themes, language settings, sound/vibration settings
• Fake Call Records: Call duration, used profile (for statistical purposes)
• Pro Version Purchase Information: Purchase status (for local verification)

3. Personal Information Processing and Retention Period

• Firebase Data: Up to 14 months according to Google's data retention policy (default 2 months)
• AdMob Data: According to Google's advertising data retention policy
• Local Data: Until app deletion
• Wear OS Integration Data: Until connection is disconnected

4. Third-party Provision of Personal Information

This app uses the following trusted third-party services:

4.1 Google/Firebase (USA)

• Purpose: App analytics, crash reporting, advertising services
• Processed Data: Anonymized usage statistics, crash logs, advertising identifier

4.2 Google Wear OS (USA)

• Purpose: Smartwatch integration functionality

4.3 Google Play Store / Apple App Store

• Purpose: Pro version in-app purchase processing
• Processed Data: Purchase information, payment history

5. Personal Information Protection Measures

• Local Storage Priority: All sensitive data is stored only on the user's device
• Minimal Collection Principle: Collect only the minimum information necessary for app functionality
• Encrypted Transmission: Transmitted data is encrypted
• Anonymization Processing: Statistical data is anonymized to prevent personal identification
• Permission Minimization: Request only necessary permissions
• Regular Security Updates: Regular inspection and update of app security vulnerabilities

6. User Rights

6.1 Right of Access

• Can check all stored profile information within the app
• Data verification through Firebase dashboard (upon developer request)

6.2 Right of Deletion

• Complete deletion of local data when app is deleted
• Can delete individual caller profiles
• Can disconnect Wear OS connection
• Can revoke app permissions from Google account

6.3 Right of Correction

• Can modify caller profile information
• Can change app settings

6.4 Ad Personalization Settings

• Android: Settings > Google > Ads > Ad personalization settings
• iOS: Settings > Privacy > Apple Advertising > Personalized Ads
• Pro Version: Permanent removal of all ads

7. Protection of Children's Personal Information

This app is not intended for children under 14 years of age and does not intentionally collect personal information from children. If children under 14 use the Service, consent from legal guardians is required.

8. International Transfer

The Google/Firebase services used by this app have servers in the United States. Transmitted data is anonymized and processed under appropriate protection measures.

9. Data Security and Privacy by Design

9.1 Privacy by Design

• Local First: All sensitive information such as caller profiles and call records are stored only within the device
• No Server Transmission: User-generated content is not transmitted to external servers
• Minimal Permissions: Request only permissions absolutely necessary for app functionality

9.2 Fake Call Privacy

• Fake call execution records are stored locally only for statistical purposes
• Call content or personal information is not recorded
• Managed separately from actual call records

10. Pro Version Purchase Information

When purchasing the Pro version, the following information is processed:

• Purchase Information: Purchase date and time, purchase status
• Processing Purpose: Providing Pro features, purchase verification
• Retention Period: Until app deletion (local storage)
• Third-party Provision: Google Play Store / Apple App Store payment system

11. Privacy Policy Changes

When the privacy policy is changed, it will be notified through app updates, and important changes will be separately announced. The changed privacy policy takes effect 7 days after notification.
