EscapeCall (the "Service") is a utility mobile application service that allows users to instantly trigger fake phone calls in urgent situations. The purpose of this Service is to help users safely exit from situations, and it must not be used for any illegal purposes.

1.3 Service Features

• Instant Execution: Immediate fake call execution without any delay in urgent situations
• Realistic Simulation: Realistic call screens that are difficult to distinguish from actual calls
• Privacy First: All data is stored only on the user's device
• Multi-language Support: Support for 5 languages (Korean, Japanese, Traditional Chinese, English, Arabic)
• Wear OS Integration: Remote fake call triggering through smartwatches

1.4 Terms Effectiveness and Consent

• These terms are deemed accepted when users download and use the app
• When terms are changed, they will be notified through app updates, and continued use is deemed as acceptance of the changed terms

2. User Obligations

2.1 Lawful Use

• Legal Purposes: The Service must be used only for legal and legitimate purposes
• Emergency Situations Only: Use only for safely exiting from actually dangerous or uncomfortable situations
• Prohibition of Misuse: Cannot be used for the following purposes:
  • Deceiving others or using for fraudulent activities
  • Avoiding work or study responsibilities
  • Evading legal obligations or commitments
  • Other illegal or inappropriate purposes

2.2 Precautions in Actual Emergency Situations

• Real Emergency Situations: In actual emergency situations where life is in danger or criminal damage is concerned, you must use official rescue services such as 911, etc.
• Service Limitations: This Service is a simple utility app and does not guarantee actual security or safety

2.3 Account and Data Management

• Users are responsible for the security of their devices and app data
• Users are responsible for the accuracy and appropriateness of entered information such as caller profiles
• Cannot use others' photos or personal information without permission

2.4 Minor Users

• Users under 14 years of age must obtain consent from their legal guardian (parent)
• When minors use the Service, guardians must provide appropriate guidance and supervision

3. Service Provision and Use

3.1 Service Versions

Free Version:

• Instant fake call functionality (provided without ads)
• 2 basic call themes
• Limited to 1 caller profile
• Pro feature trial available through reward ads

Pro Version (One-time in-app purchase):

• Permanent removal of all ads
• Unlock all call screen themes
• Unlimited caller profile creation
• Automatic inclusion of all future premium features

3.2 Service Limitations

• The Service is intended for individual users and cannot be used for commercial purposes
• Some features requiring network (Wear OS integration, ad display) may be limited depending on internet environment

3.3 Technical Support

• Technical issues with the app can be inquired through the settings menu within the app
• We will do our best to support compatibility issues due to OS updates or device changes, but do not guarantee perfect compatibility in all situations

4. Privacy Protection

4.1 Data Storage Principles

• Local Storage: All user data (caller profiles, settings, etc.) is stored only on the user's device
• No Server Transmission: Profile information or usage records created by users are not transmitted to external servers
• Backup Responsibility: The responsibility for data backup and storage lies entirely with the user

4.2 Information Collected

• Essential Information: Only minimal technical information necessary for app execution
• Advertising Identifier: Anonymized advertising identifier for ad display

4.3 Third-party Services

• Wear OS: When integrating with Google Wear OS, Google's Privacy Policy applies
• Advertising Service: When using Google AdMob, Google's advertising policies apply
• Payment Service: For in-app purchases, Google Play Store or App Store payment policies apply

5. Intellectual Property Rights

5.1 Service Intellectual Property Rights

• All intellectual property rights of the EscapeCall app, including source code, design, and trademarks, belong to the developer
• Users can use the app only for service use purposes and cannot reverse engineer, copy, or distribute it

5.2 User Content

• Ownership of profile photos and information entered by users in the app belongs to the users
• User content is stored only on the user's device and is not accessed or used by the developer

5.3 Open Source Libraries

• This app uses various open source libraries and complies with each library's license
• Major libraries used: Flutter, Riverpod, Drift, Google Mobile Ads, etc.

6. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

6.1 Service Provision Responsibility

• The Service is provided "as is," and the developer does not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or stability of the Service
• This Service is a utility app and does not guarantee actual safety or security

6.2 Emergency Situation Disclaimer

• Actual Dangerous Situations: In actual situations where life is in danger or criminal damage is concerned, you must use official rescue services (911, etc.)
• Service Limitations: The developer is not responsible if appropriate response is not made in actual dangerous situations due to this Service
• Misuse Consequences: The developer is not responsible for social or legal problems arising from inappropriate use of the Service

6.3 Limitation of Damages

• The developer's responsibility for direct or indirect damages arising from Service use is limited within the scope permitted by relevant laws
• The developer is not responsible for problems arising from app errors, device problems, user mistakes, etc.

6.4 Third-party Services

• Problems arising from the use of third-party services such as Google Play Services, Wear OS, AdMob follow the terms of the respective service providers
• The developer is not responsible for effects due to policy changes or service discontinuation of third-party services

7. Advertising and Monetization

7.1 Ad Display

• The Service displays ads through Google AdMob to cover operating costs
• Core Function Protection: No ads are displayed during fake call execution
• Users can control ad personalization through device settings

7.2 Reward Ads

• Some Pro features can be temporarily experienced by watching reward ads
• Watching reward ads is optional for users and not forced

7.3 Pro Version Purchase

• The Pro version can be purchased through one-time in-app purchase
• Feature restrictions are immediately removed after purchase, and refunds follow the respective app store policies

8. Terms Changes and Service Termination

8.1 Terms Changes

• These terms may be changed for changes in relevant laws or service improvement
• When terms are changed, they will be notified through app updates, and important changes will be separately announced
• If you do not agree to the changed terms, you must discontinue Service use

8.2 Service Termination

• The developer may terminate the Service for unavoidable reasons, in which case notice will be given at least 30 days in advance
• When the Service terminates, user data remains locally but online functions (ads, Wear OS integration, etc.) become unavailable

9. Miscellaneous

9.1 Governing Law and Jurisdiction

• These terms are interpreted according to the laws of the Republic of Korea, and disputes related to Service use have Busan District Court as the exclusive jurisdiction court

9.2 Terms Effectiveness

• Even if some provisions of these terms are deemed invalid, it does not affect the effectiveness of the remaining provisions
